周邊環境優美，很幽靜的地方。酒店電梯很復古，歐式早餐也不錯，一定要試一下煮雞蛋，隨手拿一個打開煮得都剛剛好。前台微笑服務，很nice。

The room it self was good and price wise I think very good. Very unusual the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. with no hand basin. Very nice that there was a Nespresso machine, with 4 pots. Disappointing that there were just two paper cups. The thing that let our stay down was the restaurant. First we were told that we were too late to make a reservation and we had to come after 20.00 hours as the restaurant was fully booked. No effort was done, to write down, for instance the room number so they could have called when there were tables free. When we arrived at 20.00 hrs the restaurant was already almost empty. Also we were not so pleased with the food. The fries were really yummy, I have to say. Staff clearly did not enjoy working for this hotel. We were offered a reduction of the price, but we really had to ask for this, after we honestly mentioned what was wrong with the food and also that food was not eaten. Would I stay in the hotel again. Yes, would I eat in the restaurant again No.

We had a couple of nights in this hotel with mixed feeling.The room was very good clean and comfortable with friendly helpfull staff.The food is not to good the evening meal was very average.The breakfast is the worst hotel breakfast in Europe without doubt.

This hotel is not a modern one, but old-fashioned and in a German-Swiss style. We liked it, but if you are looking for a modern stay, this is not your choice. A plus is the free parking area, not that common in The Netherlands. Room was OK, beds as well. A little bit expensive for what it offers, though.

Arrived at lunchtime. No staff serving on the outside terrace. Scan your phone on the table and somebody finally arrives to you half an hour later looking irritated that they have to serve you. Paid extra for a luxury room and it’s nothing special. Only a standard sized room with no fridge and a noisy mobile air-conditioning stand on the floor. For dinner they charge ridiculous money for a glass of water. Solution, walk to the toilet with your glass and fill it up or do what we did; melt some ice-cubes from the wine ice bucket. Apparently the fee for the water is because the water is filtered and kept in a refrigerated system. So not environmentally friendly not to mention the amount of plastic waste during breakfast. Fletcher Hotels really need to get with the times and start making a contribution to a cleaner planet.

Fijne ruime kamers met een mooie inloop (-regen)douche. Apart dat de wc niet in de badkamer was. Helaas kraakte de vloer, maar gelukkig waren mijn bovenburen niet erg actief dus daar had ik weinig last van. Alleen de afzuiging in de badkamer moet wel beter worden.

Dit is werkelijk waar nog veel slechter dat het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit was. Het is: OUD + SLECHT ONDERHOUDEN + VIES + KAPOT + GEVAARLIJKE (los zittende vloerbedekking) ONVRIENDELIJK EN ONDESKUNDIG PERSONEEL + ACHTERHAALD + WAARDELOOS ALLEGAARTJE ONTBIJT + SFEERLOOS.... EN DE BEDDEN... Ik moest echt even denken aan die stal in Bethlehem, dat ligt vermoedelijk een stuk beter. Nee echt... als je dit goed of fantastisch vindt, dan is het bij u thuis waarschijnlijk ook een zooitje, vies oud en kapot en geef je werkelijk helemaal niets om kwaliteit of comfort. Een vreselijke schande dat er arrangementen verkocht worden in combinatie met eten in het los en naast gelegen restaurant de Kromme Dissel !! Het niveau en algemene verschil tussen deze twee bedrijven... is vergelijkbaar met een lekke roeiboot en een luxe cruiseschip. De namen van deze beide bedrijven zouden wat ons betreft NOOIT IN ÉÉN ZIN GENOEMD MOGEN WORDEN ! Fletcher is een leegzuigclub van investeerders die alleen maar aan geld denken… en dan niet het geld wat dit hotel écht opbrengt, want dat kan nooit veel zijn. Als dit hotel een mega omzet op papier laat zien...dan is het voor de fiscus en de fiod een interessant verhaal. WW-praktijken misschien? Joost mag het weten...dat doet hij niet maar heeft wel een vermoeden. En heel eerlijk…?? Dat vermoeden heb ik bij héél veel Fletcher hotels.

Redelijk, geen typische fletcher, maar een oud (vergane) glorie hotel. kamers niet te harden van de warmte/. keurige badkamers/ ontbijt erg karig, donkere ontbijtzaal/ slechts 2 koffiemachines voor alle gasten/ dinner .. tja.. de Fletcher kwaliteit/.
